Fill Caps And Adaptors

OPW 633T Top-Seal Adaptors thread onto the fill pipe of underground storage tanks, and are designed to mate with top seal delivery elbows. Use OPW 634TE Top Seal Caps with 633T Adaptors.

Tight-Fill Top-Seal Caps are installed on top seal adaptors, when not in use, to prevent gasoline vapors from escaping and to prevent water, dust and debris from entering the tank.
The OPW 634TT is designed to mate with 4" 633T Top-Seal Adaptor. Heavy duty and corrosion resistant, the body is made of Duratuff to help eliminate rust and oxidation for a long, maintenance-free life. The toggle lever distributes downward pressure to compress its Buna-N gasket evenly, assuring a positive, water and vapor-tight seal. The 634TT can be locked with a padlock or wire seal.

OPW coaxial vapor recovery fittings provide an easy, inexpensive means to convert existing conventional 4" underground storage tank fill pipes to coaxial vapor recovery installations when Stage I Vapor Recovery is required. Normally little or no digging or breaking of concrete is necessary. Simply remove existing tight-fill adaptor and drop tube (if installation is so equipped), and insert an OPW 61TC Coaxial Drop Tube and the 633TC Adaptor. The OPW 633TC Adaptor is designed to mate with a coaxial delivery elbow. Available in bronze for corrosion and wear resistance. Use OPW 634TT Top Seal Caps with 633TC Adaptor.

The OPW 62 is used with the OPW 61AS Adaptor. To attach, simply push onto the adaptor and a spring-loaded latch automatically locks it in place. To remove, squeeze the latch and the cap lifts off. The latch mechanism is protected by an integral guard that helps keep sand and gravel from behind the latch. The body is treated with an epoxy resin for corrosion resistance. The OPW 62 has provisions for locking.

The OPW 62TT Side-Seal Cap is designed to mate with the 61AS Side-Seal Adaptor. The cap has a lever and gasoline-resistant Buna-N gasket to help assure a positive seal. The 62TT is constructed of Duratuff, a high-impact composite that helps eliminate rust and oxidation to assure a long, maintenance-free life.

OPW 61AS Side-Seal Adaptors thread onto the fill pipe of underground storage tanks, and are designed to mate with side-seal delivery elbows.

The OPW 83 Fill Cap Assembly threads onto the fillpipe of an underground or aboveground tank. The screw-on cap is gasketed to assure a tight seal against air, water, dust and debris. The 83 can be locked with a padlock or wire seal.

The OPW 1711T Vapor Recovery Cap is for use with the OPW 1611AV, 61VSA, 1611AVB and 1611VR Adaptors. The 1711T is installed on the vapor recovery adaptor, when not in use, to prevent vapors from escaping and to prevent water, dust and debris from entering the tank. Constructed of Duratuff to help prevent corrosion, the OPW 1711T will couple to Civacon/OPW 4" Kamloks, and features a center post that allows an even distribution of force when coupling to the adaptor. The 1711T can be locked with a padlock.

OPW 1611 Series The OPW 1611AV is a poppeted adaptor, designed to mate with a vapor recovery elbow, for returning gasoline vapor to the tank truck during a fuel delivery to an underground tank. The 1611 Series is rated at 10 psi maximum working pressure.
